Team Alignment

Leadership Excellence works with leaders and leadership teams to insure that they have the insight, the skills, and the tools to perform to their highest potential. We help teams understand their underlying dynamics, both those that support success and those that interfere with it. We then work with the team to help them function at a higher level and to create a culture that is both positive and aligned to achieve results.

We approach every team alignment project differently as each team is unique. We typically begin with a diagnostic set of interviews. We synthesize the information we gather and meet with the team leader to discuss our observations and recommendations for next steps. This often leads to a one-day custom designed team activity that is reinforced with 1:1 debriefs with each executive on the team. This ensures that each executive understands the steps to take to contribute to the team’s success.

Leadership Excellence Consulting is run by two dynamic and highly skilled leadership consultants. They are equipped with an arsenal of tools, strategies, and expertise to elevate individual and team performance. We use them for the professional development for our staff, 360 degree feedback and team building for executives; and as often, I am likely to call and seek their advice and counsel on leadership issues as they occur.
