Our assessments provide leaders and organizations with clear, easy to understand, yet profound descriptions of an executive’s leadership skills. The assessment is customized to meet the unique requirements of each organization. While the resulting information informs development, promotion, and/or selection, the assessment offers a personal and meaningful experience for the leader. We recognize the constraints on executives’ schedules and conduct the assessment in a time efficient manner.

Executive Coaching

Great executive coaching combines science and art. LEC coaching spans the continuum
from building fundamental skills to the nuance of CEO consultation. An engagement begins with an insight phase to map out the executive’s portfolio of skills within the context of the system and culture. From there, we meet to address real issues in real time. We are available to clients throughout the course of the engagement, whether scheduled or impromptu. Development is lifelong; coaching supercharges the process.
